Our purpose is to support you in your pursuit of private practice through professional office spaces. Our vision is to provide an all-inclusive office space experience (free parking, free WiFi, utilities, kitchenettes with coffee bar, and maintained common areas) so that you may grow your practice without having to worry about the monthly overhead costs associated with private practice. 

What We Do ~ We have 26 office spaces in the coveted Boise area, right on the Boise River Greenbelt. We are just a few minutes from downtown and adjacent to Kathryn Albertson Park and Ann Morrison Park. Our wellness professionals currently include counselors, therapists, clinical social workers, psychologists, holistic and master practitioners, massage therapists, reiki and estheticians.

Our Tenants ~ All tenants are independent practitioners, and do not share liability. You will be a part of like-minded individuals who share a similar purpose of providing excellent wellness care in a private practice setting. We believe private practice allows professionals to have personal freedom and independence in their area of expertise.
